Our conditions of play and bookings

BRIGHT SPARKS PARTY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

By booking a party at Bright Sparks, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • A deposit of £50 is required at time of booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable however we will happily change the date and time of your party if needed (subject to availability and with at least 28 days’ notice).
  • The balance must be paid 14 days prior to the date of the party.
  • Bright Sparks reserves the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment of balance by the due date.
  • In the event of changes to restrictions due to COVID and your party having to be cancelled, we will refund the deposit or move your party to another date whichever is preferable to you.
  • Children must be supervised by parent/carers whilst visiting Bright Sparks. We require a minimum ratio of 1 adult to 5 children.
  • Due to our party schedules, party guests will not be admitted into the building until the allocated party time and must vacate promptly when their allocated time ends. Party guests must also arrive and leave the party areas within the time they are allocated to the party areas, this is to allow us to service the area for the next guests.
  • A Party Host will assist you during the two hours of your party. Your host is there to help ensure the party and playtime runs smoothly. Please note that your Party Host is not an entertainer.
  • All adults and children must adhere to the current government guidelines with regards to the Covid pandemic including social distancing and mask wearing.
  • If you wish to bring an entertainer of your own it must be pre-agreed with us, and the entertainer must supply proof of valid Public Liability Insurance and a Criminal Record Bureau. If you wish to bring your own face painter, please ensure they have Public Liability Insurance and have shown you their Risk Assessment. Bright Sparks cannot be held responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions or other caused by an independent entertainer or face painter or products they may use. Please to let us know so that we can make suitable arrangements.
  • Our kitchen will be made available for you. However, the kitchen must be left as it is found. Please note that no children are permitted within the kitchen.
  • Our Standard Rules of Play must be followed by all visitors.
